The Featured Events/Activities are free to the community. Youth participants who are registered for Tinfoil Boat Activities will receive awards/ribbons. Cloverbud Tinfoil Boat Adventure participants are eligible to receive a participation ribbon.

Thank you for your interest in registering to be a 4-H County Fair Vendor! Vendor Space is limited, and is based on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor Costs are outlined as follows:
Non-profit: $0/table
Small Business: $50/table
Corporate Business: $100
All payments are to be made payable to the VCE - King George Office (10087 Kings Hwy, King George, VA 22485), via cash or check only. Digital payment methods will not be accepted. All payments must be paid, or postmarked within two weeks of receipt of the Vendor Confirmation email.

Exhibit Registration opens on July 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM, and is open until filled. The 4-H County Fair Exhibit Registration is open for both 4-H Age Youth (ages 5-18), as well as Adults (ages 19+).

1. Do I need to be currently participating in a King George 4-H Program/Club to enter the 4-H County Fair?
a. All youth, and adults, in King George County, are eligible to enter an exhibit in the 4-H County Fair, and are not required to have prior 4-H participation experience.
2. Can adults enter an exhibit?
a. There will be a 4-H Adult Open Category, which will be open to community members ages 19+. Adult community members choosing to enter an exhibit, are not required to have previous 4-H involvement, or experience.
3. Will there be a cost to enter the 4-H County Fair?
a. Costs and fees have not been finalized. Any costs, or fees will be outlined as information is released.
4. Will there be prizes, ribbons, or recognition for exhibitors?
a. There will be awards issued at the closing ceremony of the 4-H County Fair. Both Youth and Adult Exhibitors are eligible to win most awards. Award type and style will be outlined as information is released. Cloverbud exhibitors (ages 5-8) will receive a participation award.
5. Will I, or my youth, be required to stay for the entire 4-H County Fair?
a. All exhibitors (youth and adult) will be required to attend both days of the 4-H County Fair (October 4-5), in order to be considered for awards issued. Scheduling information will be released as it becomes available.
6. How do I enter an exhibit?
a. Exhibitor registration will be posted on this webpage, as it becomes available. To be added to the 4-H Notification List for 4-H County Fair Updates, please complete this form.
